Looks like you guys had some fun while I was gone, but even after hunting down a few daemons back in my world, nothing beats the enemies that pop around this place.

Which brings me to the main point of this: anyone interested in taking down that two-headed troll?

[Insert dumb, very ugly scribble of said troll.]

Tried to take it down on my own, but that thing is a lot tougher than it looks. Even I have to admit that I'm not strong enough as I am right now. [Combination of troll being a big high level boss and the fact that he has to work with his Aspect skills and unable to utilize all of his usual artes.] Not sure if anyone could take it down on their own, but I'd sure as hell like to watch and fight whoever does.

I'll be taking another go at it to figure out more of its weaknesses, but I won't deny anyone who wants to take a crack it themselves with me. I'm less interested in the money, so we can figure out how to split the rewards later.

I'll also be working on the other hunts, so if anyone needs help with those, I'll gladly lend my sword.

[It’s late the next morning before a message goes out across the network. She and Varian had spent a long time last night baking and eating Linzer torte, talking about the homes waiting for them and the wonder they held, the future plans they have here and there, and just letting each other know how important their friendship is. It took longer after for Kotori to wake up, so hopefully everyone was alright on their own for breakfast.]

I hope everyone’s having a good day. I just wanted to let everyone know Varian went back to his world last night. He was able to say goodbye, though, and he said that if he can he’ll come back, but he has some things he needs to do in his world first.

[Still, even if it felt more like an “until we meet again” than a “goodbye,” the hope isn’t quite enough to fully buoy her mood. Some comfort will probably be nice, either through the journals or if you find her in the castle kitchens.]

Hi, there! I hope that everyone’s okay after the Story Eater attack. That was… really intense.

Anyway… I’ve been thinking a lot about this lately, and I think I’m going to go home for a little while. I want to get stronger at cooking, and that’ll take some time and practice. [And she wants to strengthen her relationships with her friends and family there…] I don’t know how long I’ll be in my world, or how much I’ll be able to remember this time, but I’ll ask to Storyteller to bring me back in a few days by Index time.

Before I go, though… what are some of your favorite foods? Are there any recipes from your homes that you miss here? What about birthdays, or holidays that aren’t celebrated in the Index?

As long as I'm stuck here, I might as well use all of you to my advantage. I've been here long enough - correction, Scrooge McDuck and I have been here long enough that no doubt he's mentioned me once or twice.

But knowing that cheap miser, I doubt he's told you the whole story. So allow me to pose a query to you all.

Let's say you have a enemy you've been fighting with for years. It's been frustrating, exhausting, and you've wasted time and money just to keep them away. Hey, so, my name's Hunk, and I'm pretty new here. I figured it was time I introduced myself, but I'm not really sure what to say. I mean, I could tell you guys how I'm a Paladin of Voltron, and the pilot of the Yellow Lion, but I don't think anyone would know what I'm talking about. And that's fine. I guess I'm just not so good at talking about myself?

But I'll try. Like I said, I'm a Paladin of Voltron, which means I pilot one of the Lions - a ship - and help keep peace across the universe. Me, I pilot the Yellow Lion, one of the legs of Voltron. See, together, all the lions can form this big space robot. And... I'm a leg.

When I found out I'd be piloting Yellow, I was told that meant I would be keeping the team together... So I had my doubts about coming here. But this seems really important, you know? Not just for my home, but for all these stories. So I'm hoping I did the right thing, even though nobody told me about the teddy bear ears.
