This is Ren Amamiya and I'm writing out a warning for everyone.

It seems for this story, those who have to play the role of Hyde are either forced to act evil against their will, or in my case, get possessed by my shadow. I didn't get any warning and didn't realize what happened until the scene was over and I got control of my body back.

I don't know if there's anything that can be done to prepare for it, but it seemed better to warn all of you in advance for the other acts coming ahead.

Point. When Sakura-san found the calling card for Futaba, we had to confirm the truth with him, and he took it well. Likely because we saved Futaba and he was grateful for that.

I think Hanamura-san mentioned Naoto Shirogane before. I vaguely heard about the original Detective Prince and her work in the news, but that's about it.

In any other circumstances, it would be just good acting, but it seems either the Storyteller or whatever magic in this story is causing this to happen.

At least it seems temporary and only lasts a scene.

At least right now it's just people playing roles. If it spreads outside of that, it's gonna be a pain in the ass to knock some sense into a bunch of people.

Sakura-san and I aren't related. He happened to be friends with my parents and agreed to look after me.

Thankfully Yosuke already told him so he doesn't go all Risette fanboy on Yu.]

Yeah Risette is still hugely popular. She released an album last year I believe. I heard rumors that she might move onto acting, but I don't know if that's true.

It would make sense...there was a possibility of being offered an acting job before coming to Inaba. I've spoken with her manager a few times, especially when she started getting back to being an idol.

When I got Hermes, i got caught in the middle of the dark hour alone at a conbini- suddenly everything went dark, everyone turned into coffins, there was blood on the ground and like, i was really out of it, crying like a baby till Akihiko-senpai found me. It really messed with my head!

But it feels like if you didn't 'face' your shadow or whatever, you're closer to me and minako and ken and minato and fuuka than narukami-kun and yosuke...

So that's what the Dark Hour is really like? Minato didn't mention any of those details when he told me about the Dark Hour. I don't blame you for getting scared in that situation though. 9 or 10 year old me would have been just as scared if I was there.

I sort of did. When I was awakening to my persona, Arsene was talking to me and trying to encourage me not to just let Ryuji get killed by the shadows just to save myself. I used Arsene to save him and break out.
