When I first arrived here, I had horns on my head. A few days after I grew some kind of ears and a fluffy tail. I assumed they'd disappear after a while like my "full transformation" but they didn't. I guess they're a permanent change.
Has anyone had something like this happen to them?

According to the story I'm from I should look like a beast full time but instead I change into one with a trigger. I guess it's convenient if I need some extra strength.

I turn into a freaking white teddie bear if I'm not careful, so I feel your pain dude.

It's only temporary for me or if I use up all my strength? ... I do have bear ears that pop up sometimes though.

Do you know what triggers it for you? I mean, I'm pretty sure mine triggered because I was rude to someone.

I think there are quite a few of us who can transform into different animals or creatures, myself included. My Essence is the Gray Wolf, but I can transform into a large wolf at will as well as my hand into claws. Outside of that, I've gained a tail.

I don't know about certain triggers, but I wouldn't be surprised if that really is the case. You should be able to gain more control over it with time regardless... However, I will caution you about your clothes.

I transformed for the first time after I hurt someone's feelings. I suppose that goes with the story of being rude and not really knowing how to interact with people.

Yeah my clothes did kind of get ripped when that happened. At least they didn't completely break apart, but I should probably invest in some extra clothes.

So being rude to others could make you transform? Sounds troublesome. [Look, it's nice if everyone was on good behavior but being forced to act nice and be careful about everything isn't the way to go either.]

...That's more fortunate than my experience. I can tell you some stores that specialize in clothes that stay on during transformations.

It's fortunately not too sensitive. I've gotten into arguments and just insulting someone doesn't do it. It's only if the other person is genuinely hurt by it, probably?

That'd be great, actually. I do need some more clothes anyway...

That's still making it more reliant on another person. I'm going to assume you don't have the same personality as your Essence, at least. [The guy seems to be more on the polite side?

Not completely same, at least. I mean, we both have a temperament and are rude and a bit selfish. But the essence is a lot more intense.

Not really. I mean, I'm pretty sure my tail is some kind of a dog, but the ears don't really match? And dogs don't have horns anyway.
