Hey guys, Rokurou here! That last story was pretty crazy, huh? But another job well done...I think?

[He's pretty sure the story changed from the original, but you know what, this version is so much cooler.]

Anyway, two things.

One, we should throw a party to celebrate! I mean we did succeed, right? So why not have a party for it? I can help supply the meat, Eizen can help with the drinks. [Yes, he did just volunteer Eizen for this without asking. Yep.] Everyone can be invited, especially if anyone new has arrived. You, too, Disciple :P

Second, has anyone else planted that stone we got as part of our reward? I got alcohol flowing out of mine and it's awesome. Too bad it's only one type, so still going to have to bother you, Eizen.

Oh, Cyrus! I was thinking we need to somehow go back to that candy place and see if we can take a piece to try and plant it here. Maybe it'll work?

Anyway, back on that party, since it's getting warmer, we could have a barbecue or something, maybe down by the river. Get a few steaks and ribs going, grilled fish. Kotori your pot can make just about anything, right?

Let's just pick a day to kick back and relax, how does that sound?

Yeah, he has a split personality thanks to his essence. Although it's more like another being entirely if you ask me.

The blood and ink probably came from the blots and anyone else he might have fought.

Maybe, but... that was a lot of blood. And... blots and erasers only have ink, don't they?

I don't know... Like I said, he didn't tell me much even when I COULD get something out of him. There was a bruise on his right hand, and blood on that sleeve, but the wound didn't look THAT recent.

Definitely not me, though. I don't remember much about our fight, just that it happened and I'm pretty sure I just puked all over him... After that it was kind of a blur.

Oh, and finding a murdered sword.

It was just lying on the floor, broken. Just thinking about it is a little depressing.

I guess that WOULD be a bit disheartening. Like seeing a meal that took a long time to prepare spilled all over the floor.

Sort of, yeah. It had many years left, so many battles it could have seen, the enemies yet to be slayed.

Uh, well... maybe not the slaying. (You know how I feel about people getting cut... And killing isn't something to look forward to...) But I do understand the feeling, somewhat... Maybe...

But Musashi said she's going to get it fixed, so at least it's not completely lost. Would have been a damn shame, otherwise. It was a really good looking blade.

Anyway... back to your other questions, my bamboo's still growing, and a party sounds great. What did you have in mind that'd use a pot?

Nothing too complicated. Maybe some soups or stews to cook some of the meat and vegetables in.

Oh, so like sukiyaki or fondue broth? I can do that! There are a few different kinds, so I can send you a list and you can pick which one you'd like!

[Oh. Dang, that's... pretty big. For a few moments Kotori just stares at the words, thinking back to her talk with Shizuo the last time a party was in the works. How they relied on each other... and now people are relying on her too, just like he said. Huh. Maybe she has grown a bit.]

...] That's right. The pot can make pork miso soup on its own, so if I use the broth in that I should be fine. I might need to ask for help if I need to make another recipe from scratch, though.
