Okay, let's be completely honest here guys.

Is this story really worth saving? As far as I can see, this is a mess. It's not even an actual story, but a mix of two messed up ones.

Both stories had a depressing ending, so I'm fairly sure a happy ending isn't really possible here. Also this isn't the first one that had multiple stories mashed together anyway.

Hyde is a maniac. Chances are we all turn Hyde at some point and pointlessly kill each other.

As long as the story is completed, it doesn't really matter how it ends. One of the last ones was three stories in one.

That being said, the horror genre exists for a reason. Mess or no, it has its place.

I already died to make sure our world survived once. I can do it again even to save your sorry ass, especially because it's not permanent here.

[That was probably one of the saving graces of what happened between himself and Ken. He may had killed his friend, but it wasn't permanent. It didn't make it okay in any way, of course, because now Ken had to live with that experience. But there had been that sense of relief that he wasn't gone for good.]

So if Narukami had killed me, then I would have survived. Man, talk about a lost opportunity to traumatize him.
