Congrats on getting him (her?) over.
I think my familiars are very curious about the paw print. They're wolves.

He’s a shiba inu. He’s a dog.

That's probably why, then. They haven't really seen anyone else with paw prints that look similar to theirs. They're still puppies.

If they’re still puppies then they can meet him, if you like?

That might actually be good for them. Learning and seeing new types of animals and stuff. And learning who are good ones they can trust.
