Hey everyone, what's up? My name is Bridge, and I'm pretty new here. I kind of got the general idea of this place and what's going on, but...
I have no idea where I'm supposed to be right now.

You're new? We're all in a story right now... Are you in here, too, or in the main city?
[He has no idea how this works, so might as well figure out where they are.]
no subject
[He's actually not really sure.]
I just got in, so I'm guessing it's the main one.
no subject
[Hm... This is a little troubling unless the Storyteller ports him over to the book. On the other hand, maybe it's better this way? Might be really confusing if he was just dumped in here.]
I can try to help you out to get used to things until we get back. I'm Shizuo.
no subject
[Wonder if there's a map somewhere.]
Nice to meet you. [In a way.] I'd definitely appreciate any help I can get right now.
no subject
So... If you're there, guess you can just learn about the place. There's a big library you can go to that has a lot of books you can read if you want to learn about your essence. And you also get your own house so you can try to find that.
The key will lead the way.
no subject
So you mean the keys I got in this bag when I got here, right?
[He's only now really going through this stuff.]
no subject
Just a warning that it will take you through weird places...
no subject
Guess there's nothing else to do but see where it goes.
no subject
After that, should have enough money to buy basic things, and then you should read up on your essence.
no subject
Yeah, I did notice a bit of money. Looks like finding a job is also a necessity, huh?
no subject
[Finding a job to make a living just makes the most sense for Shizuo. ....Though he should. Probably. Find. One. HAHA—]
We get paid for helping out with the stories, but doesn't hurt to have something stable.
no subject
I guess I can take a look after I find my house.
no subject
After that, it's just figuring out what all you can do now with your essence.

Hey! This is Kotori Iida, I'm a fellow aspect. Where are you right now, Nocturne-san?
no subject
I'm in town, though I did kinda start wandering around, so I'm not exactly sure where I am.
no subject
Um... this would be a lot easier if we were in the same place. Right now all the Aspects are helping out with a story. There should be a bridge to a portal on the outskirts of town?
Oh no wait [she writes frantically] you just got here, so you probably need to settle and find your house first, right? And the next scene in this story is going to be a big battle.
[Because she definitely knows what it's like being plunged into all this and then going into a scary action-filled story with barely any time to settle, and she has no idea what Bridge is like.]
no subject
[He has some basic training with combat, but that's about it. Plus his Essence wasn't really one for fighting either.]
How do I find my house?
no subject
no subject
[Well, might as well give it a try.]
All right, lemme see where this thing leads, and I'll get back to you.

[In fact, it is a bit later when Bridge writes back.]
Still haven't quite found it yet, but my key is taking me through woods so far.

Though I guess maybe it could be something to do with how he can entrance animals and trees to his music?

[Her schooling didn't cover it in debt, and she's not a very competitive student anyway.]

[He's more familiar with the Greek figure, especially have a certain adventure back home. But anyway.]
I'll have to double check when I get to a library, but other than swaying nature with music, I don't remember Orpheus being an outdoorsy-type.
(Facepalm) "Depth," not "debt."
