This is Ren Amamiya and I'm writing out a warning for everyone.

It seems for this story, those who have to play the role of Hyde are either forced to act evil against their will, or in my case, get possessed by my shadow. I didn't get any warning and didn't realize what happened until the scene was over and I got control of my body back.

I don't know if there's anything that can be done to prepare for it, but it seemed better to warn all of you in advance for the other acts coming ahead.

Looks like we got a lot of cool new things after wrapping up that last story, and I'm still debating what to pick.

But I've been wondering about these eggs. Sure they say they could hatch and be friendly companions, but...

Do you think they would make good omelets?

Okay, okay, I'm kidding, I really wouldn't try to eat one (sorry Kotori—and Eizen, too, I guess) ~~dragon omelet sounds kind of cool though~~ but how would we go about hatching these things, anyway? Anyone got one yet and found out?

Starting to think that maybe boiling the dragon ones might not be such a bad idea...

So Rokurou told me that there are kids here. Kids who may not know certain things. I may be a pirate but I’m also a big brother and a scholar and I know how you humans are.

You fuck like rabbits. And you’re bad at it. [In Rokurou’s handwriting:] speak for yourself I know the library here doesn’t have anything on romance or sex I’ve looked so that means you unfortunately have to deal with me. I’ve been drinking a lot.

[Little drawings in Rokurou’s hand of beer mugs. Eizen just wants to let everyone know why this is happening. Enough awareness to do that but not enough to stop this trainwreck.]

I can’t speak for how it works between two women but--

[What follows is a very drunken ramble covering the basics that Eizen can cover. With rough sketches to illustrate. Your journals may protest and censor things.

And commentary from Rokurou, though at one point there is a color war as Rokurou tries to make comments when Eizen starts talking about less tame things that end with Eizen writing "I am a thousand years old I think I know more shut up you drunk". Rokurou’s comment is just "haha old". And also a dick.

And he does attempt to offer ideas for how it works between two women but it’s not like Eizen would ever have a chance to find out how. Again, he crosses out anything Rokurou tries to say here because not happening.]

Any questions? Don’t ask Rokurou though. [And another scribble war on the journals. They are sitting right next to each other.]

~HELLO PEOPLE OF THE INDEX~ This is Kokichi Oma, one of the many, many people who hopped on board and found themselves in fairy tale land. I could say more stuff about myself, but that's kind of boring. So how about we play a little game instead? First, I'll list three things about myself... I'm the leader of an underground organization back home. I go to a high school for kids who have "ultimate" talents. As in they're the best in that field. I'm a huge fan of bug watching. So. I have a weird question, especially for the ladies.

Date suggestions, and maybe some advice.

Don't ask how this happened, I'm still trying to figure it out myself. (Shut up, Eizen.) But it's really more of a challenge than anything romantic, and I want to win this. [He's really selling his appeal, isn't he.]

Hunting and sparring is already an idea (yes, she does like those), but I was thinking of maybe trying something a little more...normal? [And now how does he talk about Velvet without saying it's Velvet and not potentially embarrassing her by talking too much.] I know some of her preferences and will try to keep those in mind, but that's about it.

So what do most girls generally like or don't like? Any good cafés or restaurants you've noticed around the Index? Or hangout place? I personally haven't really checked any before, but I will once we get back.

Like I said I'm not trying to win her over or anything, just let her actually have some fun and enjoy herself. She hasn't had that kind of experience in a while, so...

Hey guys, Rokurou here! That last story was pretty crazy, huh? But another job well done...I think?

[He's pretty sure the story changed from the original, but you know what, this version is so much cooler.]

Anyway, two things.

One, we should throw a party to celebrate! I mean we did succeed, right? So why not have a party for it? I can help supply the meat, Eizen can help with the drinks. [Yes, he did just volunteer Eizen for this without asking. Yep.] Everyone can be invited, especially if anyone new has arrived. You, too, Disciple :P

Second, has anyone else planted that stone we got as part of our reward? I got alcohol flowing out of mine and it's awesome. Too bad it's only one type, so still going to have to bother you, Eizen.

Oh, Cyrus! I was thinking we need to somehow go back to that candy place and see if we can take a piece to try and plant it here. Maybe it'll work?

Anyway, back on that party, since it's getting warmer, we could have a barbecue or something, maybe down by the river. Get a few steaks and ribs going, grilled fish. Kotori your pot can make just about anything, right?

Let's just pick a day to kick back and relax, how does that sound?
